Fishkill NY Real Estate Market Report - February 2009

Like most towns in Dutchess County Fishkill market is most active in the 200-300 range. This is certainly a great time to buy a house if you can; mortgage rates have sliped even further and for first time buyers an $8000 tax credit.
Today while giving a speech in California President Obama reminded the audience that the $8000 can be applied for on this year’s taxes, and even if you already filed but have since closed on your first home you can amend this year’s tax return.
