Active listings in February for single family houses in East Fishkill ranged from $10,000 to $2,600,000 and finished square feet of 600-9000.

There is also a large inventory with a wide price range.  This market does offers opportunities for people with good credit.

  1. The mortgage rate has sliped even further in the last few days.
  2. Many price reduction which means your money will buy you more house.
  3. Don’t have enough down payment? FHA loans might be an option
  4. First time buyers can get the  $8000 tax credit.
  5. Did you know if you are a first time buyer and have already closed you can claim the credit this year or if you have already filed you can amend your taxes to get the money now instead of waiting until next tax season?
